2. Copper Canyon
The Copper Canyon (Barrancas del Cobre) showcases a breathtaking gorge with green-blue sprinkles in the summer, hence its name. Although it took James over 40 years to build the 80-acre garden, it was never finished. However, it’s still a magnificent site, especially since there are unique sculptures nestled within the lush rainforest.
